The over all experience was positive, productive and kept on track. Mark did an excellent job. What impressed me the most about Mark was not only his ability to obtain the mortgage, but his sensitivity to understanding the date when my family and I needed funding before the holidays. Marked came through big time.

As we came closer to the target funding date, Toni did a great job setting up the settlement, and pursuing close out figures. There was a possibility that funding would unfortunately end up in January, but Toni was able to successfully set up settlement before the holidays.

If anyone is looking for a mortgage, over all I would recommend Kuranda.

Thanks Megan,

They did not do the actual financial transaction ( check ) today and advised I would get a check next week. They will call and I will pick it up. As we went through the statement I had picked up on the payoff amount and it was corrected.

Thanks for everything, we were out with-in the hour! Tom is lucky to have you, but then again he already told me that !

Yes, a long road, but everything worked out in the end. If I ever buy a new house, I'll contact you again. Can't imagine the rates would ever go so low as to enable another refinancing, but you never know. Thanks again, and please pass on my thanks to Megan as well!!

I had the pleasure of refinancing my current mortgage using Kuranda Mortgage, Inc. This is my 2nd time working with this firm and I have to say even after 15 years in business, the customer service remains exceptional. The available rates were by far the best compared to either online only lenders or traditional bricks and mortar shops. The fees are reasonable and clearly explained. No surprises.

Tom Kuranda's customer interface is Megan Scangarella. She was extremely responsive and proactive through the entire process. She is as much a delight in person as she is on the phone.

I highly recommend using Kuranda Mortgage.

In my quest for the best loan when I purchased my home this past May I researched many ]different lenders to find the mortgage that was right for me and my family. Kuranda Mortgage was my choice and by far the best decision I could have made!

Kuranda was able to offer me a lower interest rate than any of the other lenders I researched and provided me with repayment options that meet my needs for today and will ultimately save me thousands of dollars down the road in interest charges!

In addition to their great rates and programs, Kuranda Mortgage was never more than a phone call or email away to answer any questions I had. I even had direct access to the President (Tom Kuranda) if I wanted to speak with him. They were always quick to response and Tom and his staff (especially my account rep Megan; she's spectacular!) were on top of every detail from the day I submitted my application till we sat down at the settlement table.

Settlement went great. We were in and out of the office in less than 40 minutes. Even my realtor who has been in the business for more than 10 years said that he was impressed with how smooth and quick the closing went, which I believe to be a direct result of the time and attention the Kuranda team took to make sure everything was in order when we got to the table.

Great! Really appreciated that Marc worked with us to get the kind of refin that we needed (one where there were no closing costs and the only thing we paid for was the appraisal). He kept us in mind and waited until the rates dropped enough that we could do this; plus we shorten the loan payoff time (assuming our monthly payment is the same as before; if not, we benefit from saving about $100/month). Mark is excellent to work with - would highly recommend!

Super... My only way to show you my level of confidence in Mark was that I referred him to one of my closed friend for her to do a re-finance.

Mark was so accessible anytime of the day or night or weekends via his cell. I actually felt bad calling him on a one of the weekends but he picked right up... Just support from Mark

Mark was very professional! When things got crazy (and they did) he remained calm, when I was ready to give up, he convinced me to stay the course. I have been in the real-estate business for over 10 years. I have seen mortgage people come and go, but Mark was by far the best. Even though I knew what I was doing, he still made time to explain everything and never talked down to me or my wife.

I felt comfortable knowing he was working for me. He always answered the phone or called back. He never left me hanging; I was updated all of the time. He is a true asset to your company!!!!

Something I would recommend for improved client satisfaction in the future would be: Everything was OK

Someone I would be happy to refer to Kuranda would be: Not at this time, but he is the only one on my list!
