Well above my expectations. Mark Weigle was very easy to relate with both professionally and personally. He handled my refinance in a quick, easy, enjoyable, and (most importantly) prefessional manner. Mark is a tremendous asset to your corporation.

It is difficult to find seomthing for Mark to improve upon. He is as informative as he is helpful and personable. It was a true pleasure to work with Mark, we will not hesitate to use him again or to refer him to anyone we know looking for a mortgage.

I have to say that Kuranda Mortgage has the best loan processor there is to offer. Toni Hill is very accurate and quick. She has great communication skills that are vital for loan officers to be as successful as they can be. It is highly recommended when in need of a mortgage, Kuranda is your #1 choice.

Overall, I would describe my experience with Kuranda Mortgage & Mark Weigle as: Mark was efficient and kept us informed. Even when things were uncertain such as the appraisal process he gave us straight advice. Things I read in the news echoed the advice Mark gave us.

Overall I felt that Mark was very helpful in providing quotes. He was a pleasure to work with. Mark was patient with running quotes for the multiple scenerios that was requested. Mark's turnaround time was impeccable considering the significant influx of business to refinance during this time. He did his best to provide the necessary information timely. Mark was also very solution-oriented and did a good job explaining what some of the terms were and overall he made the application process quite easy.

Dear Mr. Kuranda,

Sorry for not using your client satisfaction form. I am traveling and it is far easier to write you and describe my experience with your firm.

I am a second time client of the firm having worked with Seth French three years ago. I found Mr. French very professional and knowledgeable. It was a joy and pleasure to work with him and your firm.

This time around I asked for Mr. French and found he was not available. I hesitated to move forward with Mark; however, in a very professional sales manner he described to situation and asked if I wouldn't mind restarting the process with him. I agreed and the ball started rolling forward.

Mark is among the most knowledgeable real estate guys I know. He was quick (and thorough) in understanding my situation and goals. The underwriting process was carefully described to me including those issues that could slow down the process. In three weeks we accomplished our mission and along the way he communicated well with me. The settlement process was straightforward. It was scheduled and all documents were prepared correctly. The settlement officer at Delaware Abstract was as professional as well.

I hope this memo accomplishes your goal of understanding my satisfaction with your firm. You will continue to have great success if you surround yourself with many more Mark(s).

I had driven by Kuranda's storefront in Ardmore many times. When it came time to look for a lender, I contacted my present lender, the one recommended by my realtor, and Kuranda. I met personally with the owner, Tom Kuranda, and an associate from that office. From the time I first contacted them via email to the day of settlement, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, available, and knowledgeable. Tom and his staff met my every need, answered every question, and provided competitive rates that could not be beat. We asked a lot of them, and they complied readily with every request we made. I am not an easily satisfied person. I research decisions like this thoroughly. Tom and his staff did not once let me down, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Tom, Dave, Rich.... thanks!
